I've a feeling gel nails are going to be big again this summer, can't wait to get mine done! So here are some cute nail ideas, most pictures are thanks to pinterest :D 

I got these exact nails done last year and absolutely adored them! White matches with everything and looks great on tanned skin.

The wait is over - Nicole x Missguided

So the wait was finally over today as Nicole Scherzinger revealed her clothing collection with Missguided! The collaberation is composed of monochrome pieces with cobalt blue as the signature colour. 
Nicole herself describes it as ''sexy, classy, chic and strong.'' I'm personally not a huge fan of the collection, I thought it would be more original - something we havn't seen from Missguided before, however it is mostly leather crop tops and midi dresses and skirts. But that's just my opinion! My favourite piece from the collection is this 3 tone dress for nearly €56. 

Product review - Argan oil / Moroccan oil

So what's the difference between argan oil and moroccan oil? Well, not much really! Argan oil comes from kernals produced by the argan tree in Morocco and is very high in vitamin E and fatty acids. Aswell as being used on the hair to treat split ends it can also be used on the skin to treat acne, dry skin and scarring. Moroccan oil is the same as argan oil except is has an additional ingredient added to it such as aloe vera. 

These products can be bought in Boots, Holland and Barrett or in Hennessys near the GPO in Cork. I would recommend these products to absolutely EVERYONE! It has done wonders to my hair! Just apply a drop (any more will make your hair greasy, trust me, I learned the hard way!) to wet hair and work through, then blowdry your hair. 

I notice an improvement in my hair immediately! It has grown much faster then ever before, is stronger and more shiny. But the biggest improvement I noticed is that my hair is much less frizzy and not as dry. I bought a 300ml bottle from Hennessy about 2 months ago, i think the price was about €15 but it will last me many more months to come. So for all ye readers out there, this is a beauty must buy!!

Boohoo and box tee bargains

Just a quick blog about my wishlist from Boohoo.com and box t-shirts jumbled into one. The box t-shirts are ones which I have myself but found for cheaper online :) 

I seem to be having trouble putting pictures from the Boohoo.com website directly onto the blog so I just searched from the images in google. :)

I just love love love this top! The cut and colour are just perfect :) Unfortunately I have to restrain myself from buying it as I again I have a similar top which I purchased from Boohoo.com which is sleeveless :'( 

Penneys Spring/Summer '14

It's actually unnatural how excited I am for the full range of Spring/ Summer '14 clothes to hit our stores! Here's a look at what Penneys (Primark) has to offer, just to wet ye'er appitites! ;)

In autumn winter of 2013 the wardrobe essential everyone was talking about was coats, now this season it seems to be statement or unusual shoes! They're everywhere! Missguided and RiverIsland have taken note of this to provide us with a wide variety of shoes to die for! Missguided have even started their very own footwear collection for us to lust over! I was always undecided about shoes like these, with the cut out sides I thought they were impracticle because Ireland is a wet and cold country! Missguided as always have a huge range to choose from, with most of them seeming to be thick chunky heels with no platform, like the one pictured below for €42


They also have many kitten heels, varying in colour from neon green to pastel pink, and of course, the gladiator sandle!

Gingham style!

Gingham is a plain-woven fabric made from dyed cotton and is the latest trend taking over the shops by storm. 




I love this skirt from topshop, it would be perfect with a cosy fluffy jumper! :)

Brogue hunting!

Hey guys! I'm on the hunt for a nice pair of brogues, if ye have any suggestions please do let me know :)

I was thinking black and white ones, like the ones pictured below. Monochrome is a huge trend every year and smartens up any outfit. Thanks :)

So I realise I haven't written a post in ages, sorry guys! To be honest fashion blogging is MUCH harder then I thought it would be! Also I haven't been out browsing the shops or magazines much so was lacking a bit of style inspo!

I did manage to go shopping last week though, braving potential flooding in the city just to go shopping, how dedicated am I!! Here's what I got :)  I bought these tailored pants from Riverisland, just new in, 45 euro. Gingham style is so popular right now! I would wear these with a plain black top and bots as the pants itself is a real eye catcher!








Also bought these printed pants, lovely and summery! Reminds me of something Cheryl Cole would wear!

RiverIsland Bags

I absolutely adore RiverIsland and Topshop lately, the clothes are always on trend, in tune with the latest fashion crazes yet unique at the same time. The only pity is I never have enough money to buy everything I want in there! First world problems! Haha. :)  There is so much I want at the moment from both shops that it would take me quite some time to make a wish list, so in the mean time I've just decided to feature a few bags from RiverIsland that have caught my eye. Miley for Marc

Miley Cyrus is the new face of Marc Jacobs spring/summer 2014 campaign which is set on a beach in Los Angeles. Apparently Jacob's long time photographer Juergen Teller refused to shoot the campaign. Instead  it was shot by David Sims. However Jacobs showed no regret in choosing Miley for the shoot saying ''We all just love her and her entire being, her energy, her talent, her intellegence, everything'' and ''There's nothing I don't like about her. She is just genuine and very natural''. Miley has also taken part in Jacob's ''Protect the skin you're in'' movement to support a skin cancer awareness charity.

Rihanna's New Years Eve OOTN

For any one whose been living under a rock recently, Rihanna has been the talk of the town for the outfit she wore on new years eve - she looked drop dead gorgeous, as usual! Rihanna and model Cara Delevingne partied the night away in club 40/40 in Manhatten which is owned by Jay Z.  Most notably she wore satin trousers and hot pink statement heels. Like many others I loved the outfit as it was stylish, classy and is something I definitely wear myself on a night out, so I decided to do ''steal her style'' type post about it! :)
Luckily it is a very easy style to copy without breaking the bank. :)

The closest match I could find to her satin trousers were a pair tailored trousers from Topshop (also available in black). I realize that they are not to everyone's taste but I think trousers look best with top as it give it a more grown up, sophisticated look, ensuring that you are not showing off too much flesh! But of course any kind of trouser/ disco pants/ skirt can be worn with it :)
